I particularly like the way that if something goes wrong along the way (only ever been v. Minor) they are upfront and keen to resolve quickly and directly. This I have found to be a rare quality. "This was the first job BBC had done for me having been recommended by local agents. This was a challenging site with difficult access issues being on a busy main road. Works included internal reconfiguration of walls, complete rewire and gas works, erection of steel beam to allow knock through of supporting walls, creation of internal showeroom, plus full internal and external redec. Paul, Dom and there team were from the beginning and throughout crystal clear on spec, price and delivery time. The works were executed to a very high standard, and I was kept fully updated."
