BKM Damp

Work completed a few years back to damp proof dining room. Lukas returned a couple of times to attempted to fix the issue after work done. Room still damp. Recently hasn’t responded to messages and now has left the company with no details passed on for point of contact for the company. Now stuck with a damp room and no one to contact.

The company attended and completed damp proofing which is guaranteed for 25 years. When I contacted him, he promised to contact me after the bank holiday - (27th May). His response was unprofessional anyway, and needless to say, I have heard nothing from him since that call. Told me he still has the equipment but drives a lorry now, so in other words the 25 yr warranty means nothing. Really hate leaving reviews like this but after ample opportunity this individual has proved to be unreliable as his product has failed. I would rather ask someone else to repair this now. AVOID!

Lucas came to do damp survey at my house, very honest a professional, took moisture readings and explained where is coming from.
