Had my drive done by black cat very happy with the finished product jack and his team was amazing

Requested a fence at the front of my driveway, which required a bush removal, gravel boards and panelled fence. Totally uneven, all the fence posts are at different heights, the fence panels are not level and the end posts are not closed end posts. They refused to rectify unless I paid an additional £400 to put the fence straight. Not happy with the service or attitude of the workmen when asked why the fence wasnt straight. The fact that they were willing to charge me to put it right indicates that it could have and should have been done correctly in the first place.

Started work on our drive in August 2018, have been waiting and still waiting for him to finish the job! Was told we needed certain materials and extra work doing but when the materials were delivered they were wrong & there wasn’t enough. Have rang him literally every day since to arrange them coming back to finish the job! Had complained previously on here, which was followed up, but the company was coming back to complete so left the complaint, however they never came good on this so having to resort to complaining again in the hope something can be done! They happily took money off my pensioner parents and have been lying about endless things regarding what was agreed and what should have been done. They won’t answer their calls now so please don’t use this company for any work, they don’t do as required, use cheaper materials yet still take your money and don’t actually finish! They said it would take 4 days back in August, we’re now at the end of Feb 2019! Utterly ridiculous

Gives you a time and is there when you expect them, carries out work to high Proffesional standard and prices are extremely competitive certainly puts into perspective the saying "you get what you pay for". I won't use anyone else and have hot my next job booked in already with this company.

Cannot fault them. Turned up when they said, Compleated work in one day to high standard. Top and bottom is, Good set of lads and a good price would definatly recomend to any one.
