Wayne arrived on time the day he was booked to come and was really pleasant, then got a phone call the next day letting me know how much it would be and when they would come and do it. This all happened within 2 weeks. Wayne and Dan have been here this morning at 8.30 as arranged and got straight on with the job all done within an hour.
