"Our Siemens iDOS washing machine was tripping the electrics. The engineer from Bolt arrived the day I contacted them, found the problem very promptly. He called the office and they ordered a new heating element which arrived 2 days later when the engineer returned to install the new element. There was no fuss about parking despite the fact we are down a no traffic lane and the whole works completed swiftly and easily. They were also excellent on price and I would happily use them again."
