We went to three companies for quotes to have secondary glazing put in our front bedroom. We live on a busy main road and glazing was for a noise solution in addition to existing double glazing. Bramptons came in with the cheapest and most comprehensive quote. Keith came around to conduct sales pitch, then Kevin came to measure the windows for specialist frames and then 3 weeks later Dan came to fit them today (usually takes 4-6 weeks to make frames - so very quick). I can't recommend this company enough. The fitting was done to a high quality and has certainly reduced the noise problem and allowed us to reclaim the front bedroom - so job done! Everyone arrived at the times stated and were prompt in responding to enquiries. A great team and quality service was much appreciated.

The service was good from beginning to end, they discussed our specifications attentively, the measurement was very thorough and pointed out a number of issues that were addressed and it was fitted professionally. The staff had been there for many years and this was reflected in their commitment to the firm and customer. They were not the cheapest but the extra was worthwhile.

The workmanship is of a high standard and after sales support is excellent. A key broke inside the lock of one window several years after we had it and they fixed for free.

There were no pushy salesmen, everything was explained clearly and having a display showroom was a great help. The installers worked quickly and neatly and I was very pleased with the outcome.
