He left no mess and sent an invoice by email a couple of days later. I have put his business card away as I will certainly use his company again. "It was a positive experience from start to finish. They arrived at the agreed time and conducted the work in a professional, respectable and friendly manner. They added new wiring to move the pull chord light switch from inside the bathroom to a switch outside the bathroom. They also added new wiring and installed an extraction fan.
