Not only are they highly functional, but they are extremely pretty as well. Nina and Jon were most helpful in showing us the blinds in the showroom, and the factory underneath where they make them. Mike and Luke were superb in fitting them cleanly and quietly, and very quickly, in a good-natured, positive way. Overall, an outstanding experience."

The fitting for our bedroom blind was done poorly. The left bracket was bent during the fitting so we now can’t take the blind down. After no initial response from the owner she offered to refit the bracket but was completely unapologetic. I outlined my disappointment at the service and questioned why the fitter didn’t flag any concerns before leaving. She took a personal offence to this and responded in a hostile manner, blaming me for not chasing her for a response, implied that I was lying about redecorating or that I was even at the property. She then demanded payment.
