Brian and James did a fabulous job with my bathroom, which is tiny and was very difficult to work with. They followed my dream about how I wanted it to look, and they did a really professional job. They gave me a very reasonable quote, told me to choose the furniture, and they would do the rest. They were very trustworthy and a pleasure to deal with. I am thrilled with the final result and take great pleasure in walking into my bathroom now. I can't believe it looks so impressive!

Brian quoted just under £3000 to replace some shower wall panels that had become mottled. I paid the £1500 deposit in cash even though I wasn’t really happy with the small selection of panels I was given to choose from. After a few days I realised I had been stupid and phoned to cancel the order. Brian said he had already ordered some materials and to give him a couple of days to work out how much refund I was due. I never heard from him again, texts were not replied to and calls unanswered.
