Excellent service from Rob and his team when purchasing my daughter's first car. Unfortunately, shortly after purchase the car experienced an engine fault that could not have been predicted. Rob proactively arranged to collect the car and fix the fault quickly, and my daughter is very happy with her purchase. We have just returned to BS Motors for the car's service and MOT and again we could not be happier with the polite, friendly, knowledgeable and trustworthy service received. Based on our positive experience we can definitely recommend BS Motors and, although the garage is not local to us, we will be returning in the future.

The RAC delivery driver dropped off my car on the 20th May, and they called me early Monday morning which I found very polite, to explain the work and set my expectations. Rob was polite and tried to do everything he could to keep the costs down when my engine failed and needed replacing. He kept me informed. I know these things take time but suddenly being without a car is not easy and 3.5 weeks was the turn around time, if I could ask to improve anything it would have been the turn around time. Everything else I could not have asked for a better garage. I will be returning for my MOT and service. Many thanks.
