He was on time, clean and did the jobs well but as we got to the end of our refurbishment he disappeared. We asked for almost 2 months for the final work to be done and did not receive a reply - finally we got one and he is busy until mid November. The last work he did in our bedroom was not his usual standard. We paid his bills by return and we hope we always made him feel welcome. Beyond disappointed that Dan has let us down,"

Dan is an excellent builder but after using him for refurbishing our house and recommending him to others, we are left disappointed.
