The heating engineer Darryl sent out to me was really friendly and knowledgable.

Booked my annual boiler service with Burton Smith. Engineer called half hour before arrival! Arrived introduced himself, put on shoe covers. Carried out thorough boiler service and advised on everything that he had done. Would definitely use Burton Smith again!

I had new taps installed by Burton Smith and couldn’t be happier with the service. They called 30 minutes before arriving, which was very helpful. The plumber was polite and professional, even wearing shoe covers to keep everything clean. Highly recommended!

BurtonSmith come out to unblock my drain. They were at the same day within hours. They showed me through all works before and after. The engineers also used a CCTV Camera to see if there was any more problems with the drains. Very professional and would recommend.

I had a blocked kitchen sink so called Burton Smith and was sent a quote and got a date booked in really quickly. The plumber called me when he was on his way which was really helpful. He was polite and explained everything to me so I understood what was needing to be done. He did a really good job and cleaned up after himself. He did exactly what I was quoted for so there was no unexpected extra costs. Would definitely use Burton Smith again and highly recommend.

Our kitchen sink tap was leaking badly and we needed a plumber urgently. After several phone calls we were recomended to contact Burton Smith. They emailed me pictures of taps together with prices. We agreed on a tap which was installed next day. The plumber who installed the tap was smart and friendly. He removed his shoes before entering. He did an excellent job and cleared up when he had finished.

Turned up on time to give estimate. Had to pay half upfront before an appointment could be made to do the work. Checked time slot the day before, 8am to 1pm confirmed. On the day no show by 12.30pm. 3 subsequent phone calls to the office all fobbed me off with different excuses. Plumber eventually arrived at 5.35pm!!!!! Very unhappy with the customer service provided by office. However, the plumber himself was polite and apologetic and stayed to do the work which was satisfactory. Office demanded payment without an invoice. Once received I paid within 1 hour. No receipt given despite request.
