Chris and his team laid 40sqm of patio in our garden. Chris worked with us to source the right patio slabs and he and his team worked diligently to lay the patio. Chris project managed and worked very hard to ensure the patio was laid carefully. He and his team took great care and attention with each slab, and you can really tell with the end result. Chris provided excellent aftercare too and gave us great advice on how to look after each year, he even offered to return in a few weeks and treat it for us which was over and above what he had quoted for.

I am so glad we appointed Chris and his team to build our rear, single storey extension. From the start of the project right up until the end they have been absolutely outstanding in every possible way and we couldn’t be happier with the result. Chris took all the stress out of the project by providing a very detailed quote, sourcing all materials, planning everything to perfection and ensuring that there were no delays throughout. He took time to explain everything thoroughly. They are are a diligent, knowledgeable and very reliable team. We would highly recommend Chris Walker Construction.

Chris and his team are unfaultable! They carried out work to the rear of my bungalow, adding a single storey extension. I had a knock through of two rooms then the rear knocked through to the extension giving me 48sq metres. Chris supplied and fitted a beautiful white Matt kitchen with white quartz worktop and also fitted my wood floor. His price included all the plastering and painting. I didn’t need to worry about a thing! They worked so hard and did a top notch job. I can’t recommended them highly enough and wouldn’t hesitate to use them in the future.

Chris clearly cares about the work his company does and has very high standards. He is very helpful, easy to talk to and is happy to answer questions and explain the building process etc. Gary and Gary, who did a lot of the building, worked very hard and were considerate and helpful, doing their best to minimise the disruption. They, and all the other tradesmen involved, were professional and friendly. When we came across a couple of problems, caused by the state of my old kitchen floor and plaster, Chris was very reassuring, managing the extra work very reasonably and efficiently.

Chris fitted a new ensuite for me in October 2019 and made such a good job of it that I decided to have him replace my Bathroom. I can wholeheartedly recommend his firm both for the quality of workmanship and the high level of professionalism of his staff. Chris's help in design was invaluable and I can say that he ensured that the finished rooms were built to the highest quality. At the end of each day the workplace was left clean and tidy which left me feeling as little invaded as possible, and I had no worries about leaving his workmen in my home.

Chris and his team are hard working, reliable and very skilled and experienced in their trade. Chris has a wonderful work ethic, carrying out exactly what he said when he said he would every day and we were thoroughly informed throughout. We now have a wonderful family space created from the kitchen and the adjoining room, with access to the garden and a beautiful new kitchen. I cannot recommend CW Construction enough!
