We had previously got Chris from Calibur Glass to install a front door for us. Being extremely happy with both the quality of the work and Chris's approach to the quote and the survey, we asked Chris to come back and install new windows in our house. Chris installed a total of seven new windows. The work was completed to an extremely high standard and the products used were of very good quality. The initial survey and quote was quick and easy with no sales tactics ( I hate sales tactics! ). Chris has a strong attention to detail and ensured everything looked great when the job was finished. I would have no hesitation in recommending Calibur Glass.

Chris from Calibur Glass has undertaken several projects for us. We needed a very old and very tired conservatory ?fixed?, I had other companies come out and tell me it couldn't be done, Chris provided me a plan, options, quotes for specific bits of work and completed all repairs to a high standard. I was told it had to be ripped down, nope, the other companies were wrong! Chris was open and honest and that's why we have had him back for other works. Before our little boy arrived Chris came to repair our front door and windows to keep the draught out, once again all work was completed to a high standard. When we are looking to replace our front door and windows we will look no further than Calibur Glass. Chris has been amazing, he doesn't go in with a hard sell, he doesn't pressure you, in fact if anything he talks you out of things! He points out various options and no work is too big or too small. Chris came and fixed the problem. He was tidy with his work and it was a fair price. Chris was happy to come out and try and resolve a problem caused by someone else's work. He also found another issue with one of my doors and fixed that as well

Chris arranged a time to visit our property and surveyed it. He was straight forward and knowledgeable, no nonsense, discussed the options, payments and so on, all in a very professional and friendly manner. The day of work starting he arrived and laid out the plans for the project. Again, straight forward and hassle free. His young apprentice Thomas was also friendly and discussed steps too. The quality of the finish and the work involved was superb, amd overall the work was beyond what we thought it would be, transformed our house to literally a new property. Ok this job from beginning to completion was first class, firstly quote then inspection, then fit date, everything went so smooth no nonsense just straight forward hardworking guy CHRIS, I usually don’t bother much with putting up reviews but on this occasion I have to give a mention, totally professional, would highly recommend and the workmanship is outstanding. I will definitely get Chris to do any further work needing carried out in the future and I will be putting his name forward to family and friends.

We recently moved into our house which had a conservatory. The roof had started to leak and a company had suggested we replace the roof. We then called Chris who came to look at it and he advised us that a panel had slipped and he would be happy to repair this. He later advised us of the cost of repair and booked us in to have this done. He arrived when he said he would and repaired the leak. He also noticed another panel was about to go so he repaired this as well. While he was on the roof he videoed everything he was doing and talked me through this at the end. We were very pleased with the work Chris did and would have no hesitation in asking him to do future work for us. His price was reasonable as well.
