Very happy with our front door and side window. Lovely job and good workmanship.

The company seemed reliable and friendly. The work was carried out and we were really happy with the job initially BUT as soon as it rained we had issues with a leak coming between the new wall built. We let them know and were confident that they would support the issue, they straight away assumed it wasn't their fault and they came and looked at it and remained adamant it was a fault with another older part of the roof. Since then we have had 2 professionals look at the issue, both have Said that this is an issue with the new build. The manager has been so rude and abrupt about it all

We stressed this job was all about the aesthetics of our beautiful original glass. We needed new frames to take the restored glass. The salesman recommended 'cockspur handles' as most suitable for our situation as they would be closest to our original ones. It turned out these are an old-fashioned fixing type not a shape. They are both ugly and impractical. Each opening window has 2 handles, no multi-point locking (their website states all aluminum windows have multi-point locking) and in one room the top handles are 1.9 metres off the ground!
