Excellent. Arrived on time and I explained that the drain was blocked somewhere underneath property or between my outlet and drain cover by front door. Problem was my kitchen sink drains into an outlet in cupboard in utility room. He set up machinery and after about 1/2 hour located and cleared blockage. Left no mess, and did an excellent job from my point of view. Well worth the money.

I had a nasty smell coming from the stack pipe that runs through my flat. 3 other contractors attended previously and were unable to identify the cause. I then found CCR Property Services on Trusted Traders and they came out and gave a free quote for required work. They took time to listen to the issue, understood the problem and identified possible causes. They then scheduled the work to be carried out and arrived punctually on the day. Mark was the contractor that carried out the work and he quickly identified the cause and advised that they would not need to carry out some of the work previously thought needed. The work was completed on the day and to a high standard. The invoice was adjusted downwards as they identified the cause immediately. Reiss (the boss)was very good to deal with and provided a very good service at a very reasonable cost. I can highly recommend CCR! If you have a problem, if no one else can help, you should hire CCR Property Services.
