"I contacted Andy re a job at my elderly mum’s house and asked, as I live 1.5 hours away, would he go there without me being present as the manholes were on the front drive. He said that wasn’t a problem and would visit in a couple of days. Once he visited, he advised me that it was much too big a job for him. However, he sent me numerous photos and a comprehensive message explaining clearly what needed doing and with some further advice. That was incredibly helpful and when I found someone else, I was able to forward all the info making it so much easier for everyone. Fantastic!"

He told us his charge rate upfront and advised us how long he thought it would take so we would have an idea of cost. The final bill was close to what he estimated. He set an arrival date & time and stuck to it. He even texted half an hour ahead of his arrival to say he was on his way. He conducted the survey in a very professional manner, using up to date equipment and talked us through what he was doing. He showed us on a screen what he could see on his camera."
