I called Chelmsford Plumbing and Heating Ltd needing urgent help for a burst water pipe. My call was answered straight away and the guy I spoke with was very polite and helpful. Within an hour a friendly engineer called Rich arrived at my house to fix the problem. The work carried out was of high quality and completed in an hour. All old bits of pipe and debris were taken away leaving things very tidy. I was only charged the advertised hourly rate plus £15 for an additional part I'd asked for. No hidden charges or unexpected nasties. I'd highly recommend CP&H's plumbing services to anyone.

Arrive at the apointed time. Quick efficient service, checked everything worked as it should and was very neat and tidy in carrying out the service. Always get a nice welcomed reminder when the boiler is due for service as well. Have used their service since they installed the boiler in 2016 and very pleased with this company. Very resonable prices as well. My in-laws have also used their services and they afre also very pleased with their new installation as well.

Turned up on time and carried out work efficiently

Although the engineer was very friendly, we were advised that the boiler wasn't worth fixing and that we should just replace it. There had been a pre-existing leak that, if anything, the engineer left in a worse state than what it had been before the visit. We have since had a second opinion, and the issue has now been resolved (and the leake has stopped). I probably wouldn't look to use these services again.
