Antony was really helpful very polite kind and courteous he fitted my mother in laws boiler and explained everything well to her and put her mind at ease with what the job in tailed and she trusted to leave him and his colleagues in the house on their own while doing the work and came to my house to keep warm.

Anthony Turned up as promised, diagnosed the fault, sorted out the new part very quickly returned and fitted it all within 2 hours. Very good price for the work done. Would definitely recommend.

Absolutely disappointed!!  Agreed a time of 10am for an installation of a dishwasher. Called three times up until it got to 11am and got a message saying still on first job will be a while.  I then asked how long roughly still no reply by 12pm then asked again and called again still no answer then text saying can you let me know when it will be so I'm not sat waiting and then then messaged back saying " I don't think it make it today" to say I have taken the day of work! Anger is an understatement
