Happy with the product he delivered, right from start to finish it was A*. Right the way through the process he was very informative if we had any questions, it didn't feel like he was rushing, he had time to stop and thoroughly explain what he was doing.

Very polite and friendly, free and ready with advice but respectful of customer wishes. Reasonable pricing for quality work. Came to see us on the same day when we had snow damage to trees that threatened our neighbours greenhouse. Would recommend

The latest job he did for us he did a great job, he didn't damage anything, it was right next to a dry stone wall, he was so careful with it which was great. The first job we had for him, he gave us really good advice, when he quoted he was very competitive, when he did the job he was really tidy, when we rang him he was really prompt in returning our calls, came to quote quickly and was really clear about what he could and couldn't do, he was great and we have used him repeatedly!

We had lots of trees that had to come down and it was a nightmare getting a trader to do it. I contacted Mr Joinson on Facebook and he came, he knew what he was doing and he gave us a quotation on the spot. He went through everything that was needed, I had to get planning permission and he gave me lots of technical advice and it went through! He turned up fully equipped, absolutely top marks on everything. It was a miracle to find somebody that actually did the job, turned up when he said he would and tidied up!

I have used Chester Oaks now for a number of tree jobs at home, at our local tennis club and have recommended them to my friends who have also used them - all delighted. They come, give you an honest quote- not estimate and put you at ease straight away. They turn up on time, get on with the job straight away and remove all rubbish so area looks great, really tidy when they finished. Nothing is too much trouble, they care about your garden and do as little damage to others plants as possible - as you can see from photograph this tree was in a tight space and not a twig was broken on any of my other shrubs ,they actually listen to what you want. After a landslide at my property, I asked some friends for recommendations and 2 people said "call Chester Oaks". There were trees overhanging my home and Chester Oaks sent someone the same day with the work being completed in a very short timeframe. They resolved the issue with no damage to my property or neighbouring properties and left the site clear and tidy. I asked for an idea of price before they started the work and the bill was exactly what they said it was going to be. I would highly recommend them and would definitely use them again.

Extremely efficient, helpful, cost effective service. The cutting down and disposing of two huge conifers was completed within two days. Chester Oaks then returned to prune an oak tree and two more conifers. Our garden was left clean and tidy. Friendly, courteous and well worth the cost. We cannot recommend them highly enough.
