He was able to quickly identify where the leak was in the mains pipe in the kitchen wall feeding the upstairs bathroom, and arranged a convenient appointment to complete the neceessary repair a couple of days later. Informative and considerate throughout, the work was completed to a high standard, He was able to attend to a couple of other small jobs (ballcock and bath panel replacement) while attending to the primary callout. Very reasonable price as quoted. Would highly recommend."
