Chris Addis Carpentry

Chris is happy, reliable and does excellent work. He is due to do kitchen fitting for us soon.

Chris helped with our house renovation on a variety of tasks, mostly carpentry: joists, trusses, stud walls, flooring, but also kitchen and bathroom cabinetry and tiling. He showed enthusiasm for what we were trying to achieve and helped with design ideas along the way. Really pleased we had Chris on our project.

We recently had some essential repair and restoration work done on our shopfront, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. From start to finish, Chris was fantastic — professional, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable. He removed and replaced rotten panels, scarfed in new external timber where needed, and painted all the new timberwork to a high standard. The shop now looks clean, fresh, and so much better. What really sets Chris apart is the pride and care he puts into his work. He kept us informed throughout and even went above and beyond by identifying the root cause of the rot — then installed new guttering to prevent future issues. We’re so grateful for the attention to detail Chris brought to the job. It’s rare to find someone so committed to doing things properly. Highly recommended!

Love our new Snug. Media wall and flooring look fab. Chris is excellent at all aspects of the building trade and a skilled carpenter. He has now completed our kitchen , study and snug. The wood panels in the Study look like they have always been there!
