City Housekeeping Ltd - Domestic Cleaning

Julia and Ana did a exemplary end of tenancy professional cleaning for a one bed flat. I received constant updates and received any apology for their late arrival due to the current TFL tube strikes, which impacted road drivers. This was a situation out of anyone's control. I was asked to inspect the premises before they both departed. Everything was sparkling clean! I have never used this company before and never heard of them. So it was a risk to hire them, but I was well rewarded!

I would NOT use them again, ever. The cleaner did not come with any cleaning tools or products. My contractor gave her a lift to the shop to buy the cleaning products and gave her his business card if any issues arose. Cleaner unable to contact Client and DROPPED ALL SETS OF KEYS through the letterbox LOCKING OUT EVERYONE. No apology was given, no offer to refund monies and unnecessary defensive untimely emails. Have not heard from cleaner since I asked for a refund of monies paid. BOOKED ANOTHER CLEANER TO RE-CLEAN PROPERLY AND PROFESSIONALLY who came with cleaning products and tools normal

My regular cleaner was busy that why I used this company. The lady left so much rubbish in the flat which she should have taken out, I gave her cloth to clean with but she used every tea towel as cleaning cloth. The floors in the kitchen and bathroom wasn’t cleaned only hovered. I had to keep an eye on her to do the work it was like she was in a rush when she realised I wasn’t prepared to go over the hours I booked. Will not use this company again.

I had a deep cleaning booked, and I'll give them credit for being communicative at the time of booking and their website is very easy to use. However, on the day, they never showed up for my 1pm booking. By 2:30pm, they were still 30 minutes away and I never heard from them until I reached out to the company directly.
