They never turned up, originally I was told they would try fit me in to get my bifold door fitted but they ran over, my expectations were managed it might not happen which I was ok with. I rebooked for the following week, booked the day off work and was messaged that afternoon, they were running behind and wouldnt be able to make it. I was a little annoyed but they rearranged for two days later. The morning came and went and they never turned up, no call no nothing from the lad who was meant to come. I messaged the owner and was told the lad was normally reliable! But that was no good to me!

I used this company for some repair work on some doors in my house and they arrived on time, friendly team and work was completed to a high standard at a fair price to . Would recommend and use again

The loft hatch was fitted professionally and well. However when I posted the job I stated that the hole needed creating, framed and fitted. I therefore expected all of this to be within the quoted price. So I was disappointed when after completion of the job my wife was told (I was in a meeting) it would be an extra £25 pounds for the framing wood. I also did not get a receipt for the payment, if this is to follow then my wife should have been told that.
