Excellent professionalism, these guys know what they are doing!
The call centre answered quickly and connected me to the engineer. Two engineers turned up the same day and were very helpful and polite. I had a concern that the outside pump was prone to flooding and they lifted up the unit for me. The company who fitted the unit and had serviced it before were very expensive, charged mileage and their service was cursory compared to the level of work completed by the CKS engineers. Would definitely use them again.
