Once they started the work they found another issue and gave me a few options 1) leave as is 2) do a temp fix 3) complete repair. Was no pressure to pick either. Cleaned up after themselves after the job was completed, including brushing the roof and driveway. They even changed a few tiles without charging extra"

I submitted the enquiry over the weekend and agreed for Clees to visit me on Tuesday morning. They arrived promptly, diagnosed the issue and quoted me.
