Amazing deck design and permanent pergola for us. Feels like we have 3 new zones on our hone, outdoors.

When my mother lost the full use of her legs she needed a safe way to leave/enter her house using both a walking aif and a wheelchair. Ian of CMF Design solutions ltd took on the task and produced an excellent solution of a ramp and decking that was safe, practical and fitted in perfectly in the area. The ramp had to cover two sets up steps to allow access to and from the front door. The decking platform at the top allowed easy access to the bin shelter. It was important to my mother that it did not look out of place as some wheelchair access ramps can do. Ian achieved this with his design. The ramp and decking were designed and installed very quickly noting that the weather at the time was not very good. Excellent all round with well deserved 5 stars.

Ian did a number of pieces of work for me around the house. This included fencing and decking repairs in the back garden. Also built a custom bin shed for me to fit my 4 bins. This was extra work I dropped on him and he did it without any hassle. Great workmanship and punctual with the work and a quality finish.
