Co Build construction did a fantastic job renovating our kitchen. They showcased professionalism, expertise and responsiveness throughout the process and have completely exceeded our expectations. Turning two rooms into one, along side the demolition of a conservatory and adding a 3 panel window is an almighty task and we were faced with many issues. Thankfully the problem solving capabilities and communication with other vendors carried out by Co Build Construction were sublime, which made the whole process extremely easy for us. Working with them has been a delightful experience and we would recommend them to anyone.

CoBuild Construction built us a 12ft x 7ft solid timber shed, standard of work was excellent, always turned up on time everyday, Owen was very polite and well mannered always tided up after each days work and standard of workmanship was outstanding, value and quality of work was excellent, I would definitely recommend to family and friends

We couldn’t recommend cobuild construction anymore to everyone! The work carried out in our garden was incredible, was made to look like a new garden. Owen from cobuild was quick, efficient and so incredibly polite. We can’t wait to have the guys back.

Replaced bent lintel that had caused the brickwork above it to move out of place and lean forward displacing around 9 rows of bricks. He carefully removed the affected one by one and cleaned them up before they were set back into place, this needed to be done as we weren't able to find any matching bricks that could be used to replace them. He also had to remove 2 of the glazed units in order to remove the damaged lintel as the framework below had been secured to it. All in all a very neatly done job very pleased with the finish and there was no mess left behind.

Removed and reduced old wall that had been damaged by ivy until brickwork was safe. Rebuilt wall and pillars before installing new fence panels. Really pleased with the completed job and kept to timescales advised.

Owen and Simon did an amazing job of repairing a large crack in the brickwork to my kitchen. They used EML mesh and cementitious grout, with new plasterboard and plaster applied. They worked efficiently and professionally and left the house spotless after each day of work. I would thoroughly recommend them for any building works needed and I’ll be sure to contact them again with any building works needed in the future.
