Adrian and his son turned up promptly and set about doing the work. They were extremely polite throughout the day and kept me fully up to date with everything they were doing. Adrian even took the time to take progress pictures and sent these to me so that I had a record of what work had been carried out. The work couldn't be completed on the first day (but he warned me in advance), but Adrian came over early on Saturday morning to finish the work so not to interrupt my plans. Highly recommend.
