Our extension came in on budget (extra 10% for architect errors and add-ons) and we are very happy with the final result. We made several changes along the way (made a bi-fold door opening larger after it had been built, for example) but it was never any bother. They also suggested pitching the roof in one room which was not in the plans - this was a good decision."
