Good communication, Oliver always keeps us updated with what he is doing and when, and the work is always completed to a very high standard. Even when we had a very minor issue after one of the jobs, Oliver was quick to get back to us and rectify the issue. He even turned up despite just returning from holiday in the early hours and with jet lag!! I would not hesitate to recommend Oliver and will use them again."
