On the last maintenance visit, they left early, charged me full rate and did not clean a section of my garden. Whenever it rains, they cancelled on me, and when it was sunny, they cancelled so that they could do the work for those who they had missed out on because of the rain. I was very surprised that I was treated very badly despite the fact I treated them well, I was always being cancelled. The breaking point for me was this last cancellation."
