We needed a new window and door they were very helpful got everything completed for Christmas. Throughout the whole experience everyone was polite , professional and I’m very happy with all the work. Thank you all.

I reached out to Croft Glass to get a quote for having a cat flap fitted to our front door. initially communication was good, it was arranged for a surveyor to come out to look at quoting the job. The survey went ahead but then we never heard from Croft Glass again. I called several times & was told a quote would follow, it never did. I reached out again via checkatrade messages & was just ignored (I can see the message was read). I understand if they are not able to or dont want to do a job but to simply ignore me/say they'll send a quote & then not (multiple times) is rude & unproffesional.

The work was of excellent quality. Our requirements were varied and included a new wall and terracotta cladding in addition to the the new front door and windows. The work was very well coordinated, the installers were excellent and communicated well. Special thanks to Bridget, Mark, Rob, Stewart, Andy and Dan (amongst others) for managing, guiding and doing fantastic work. The house has been transformed
