Work was done and we thought all good until we had problem with drain. Water board lifted drain cover and they said there should be metal casing to stop bricks sinking. I had bother contacting company but eventually they came out and fixed this. More bother re drain and water board lifted drain cover in front garden, again no metal casing was in place. I also have loose bricks on front doorstep. Have contacted and they know problems. No one been out. Now putting on false voice and putting phone down on us
Booked to come out for a quote. Flexible on times to suit him, which meant me taking some time out of work to be at the house for his visit. He did not show, and did not respond to messages for two days. Then he messaged out the blue on the third day explaining his worker hadn’t been able to find the address, so we re-booked in for a Saturday between 9am-12pm. By 11am he hadn’t shown, so I text asking if he was definitely coming. He responded “yes”, then didn’t appear and then blocked my number. More than anything, the experience was just really weird.
