Currill Plumbing and Heating

I called Currill Plumbing and heating before Christmas as we had no heating, Tyrone was honest and transparent sorted out the issue, explained in layman's terms, what the problem was and how he could fix it, he gave me some ideas regarding a new bathroom suite, and gave me some fantastic ideas, which he is following up this month. Brilliant service great communication, 100% recommend.

I contracted Currill on 4th Oct to replace the shower in my bathroom. I was quoted a price of £462 of which 50% was due up front and I paid £230 on 5th Oct. After multiple missed appointments, I now have a shower that has been partially removed and a damaged ceiling from a leak caused by Currill. Currill told me that they could not finish the job as one of their plumbers was ill and would refund me the deposit as well as cover the damage from their insurance. Despite chasing multiple times and many promises, I have seen nothing. The shower is still out of action.
