"We contacted DH Heating & Plumbing when our gas boiler failed, leaving us without heating or hot water. As a result of our predicament, Darren came to assess the situation that same afternoon. After carrying out tests and discussing options, we decided a new boiler was the way forward. Later that day, Darren got in touch to tell us he had sourced a replacement and would be able to install it first thing next day. He arrived as promised and by lunchtime our heating and hot water was restored. Our heating and hot water is now the best it has ever been. Wonderful, expert service!"

"Plumber rang yesterday to arrange to call this morning at 10. Unfortunately, he was called to emergency but rang to explain and kept me informed and turned up later. Very pleasant young man. Found issue with cartridges in tap and tried to fit new ones but needed to leave to try find suitable alternative but those did not fit either. Concluded needs special ones and would try to source and return to fit. Left tap in much better state cutting down leaking. Highly recommend."
