Highlights
"What a great guy, rang to let me know what time he was coming, he was prompt, friendly, very professional, I definitely recommend him,"
"Arrived on time stated, completed work to satisfaction, honest advice on repairs."
"Dave assured us he could stop our roof leaking, and would guarantee the work for 5 years. Within 2 weeks we had to ask Dave to came back as it was still leaking. He did further repairs, but we noticed water pouring down the side of the house from the gutter, and damp inside. It took 2 months to get Dave back again, after which we gave up. We are now paying another roofer to sort out the leaks. I sent Dave a letter asking for a refund under the Consumer Rights Act. He phoned me and shouted that he wouldn’t give us any money back. We are now getting help from Citizens Advice on our next steps."
