"What an amazingly good service. I contacted Rob about a damp survey for my leaking conservatory and emailed him a few photos to indicate the problem. He called me and said he didn't need to come out to see the property because he could tell from the photos what was almost certainly the problem. He then kindly emailed me with explanatory annotated lines and notes on the photos I'd sent him. Incredibly he didn't even make a charge for doing this. What a wonderful and generous human being he is. I'm so grateful. Thank you Rob."

I could tell from our phone conversation that Rob was very experienced in this field and that gave me confidence that he was the right guy for the job. By Friday I had a full report to send over to the lender. The report was super detailed and Rob even gave a bullet point guide on how to remedy each area. I would recommend him to anyone needing this kind of survey."

What an amazingly good service. I contacted Rob about a damp survey for my leaking conservatory and emailed him a few photos to indicate the problem.
