"We ently hired Dampmaster West of Scotland and Isles to deal with a persistent damp issue caused by water ingress. They identified the problem was with our old roughcasting. From the initial survey, the team was professional and explained the process clearly. On the day of the work, they arrived exactly when they said they would. They were polite, got straight to work, and did an excellent job of protecting the surrounding area. The quality of the roughcasting repair is brilliant, and they left the property spotless afterward, which was a huge bonus."

Had me send some pictures across for him to review and he then arranged an appointment to attend the property straight away. Communications from start to finish were brilliant, and absolutely would recommend this company as he was completely honest and informed us how to deal with our issue without all the added cost.
