David explained everything, advised best next step and cost before any work was done. He communicated well with us to allow us to know when he was coming as to not disturb matters as electric needed to go off and I have 3 kids so there were times that couldn't happen. He was very reasonably priced. The work was very neat and tidy. Definitely recommend David
