Darren came out and completed a full inspection on a house I just bought and talked me through all the risks and concerns he found. He took away his findings and provided me with a document which outlines all his recommendations with a quote. Repairs were complete in good time and he's been professional throughout. I recently had some security cameras and outdoor lighting installed by Darren, and I couldn’t be happier. From start to finish, he was incredibly professional and efficient. He took the time to explain the installation process for each component and made sure everything was set up perfectly. The quality of his work is outstanding. 100% would recommend Darren to anyone hesitant in booking an electrician. I initially requested a call back and within a couple of hours Darren answered my request. I asked for a quote for what I needed and was given an instant response. Luckily for me a client had cancelled so Darren attended the day after our conversation. Unknown to myself my fuse/electrical box was out of date and with my consent Darren changed it there and then. He consequently carried out the work I had asked for and his manner, demeanor and professionalism were second to none. After the work was completed I re-booked Darren for further work to be carried out. I cannot express my gratitude enough and look forward to having Darren back in the very near future.
