Having portrayed themselves as an established business the limited company is a few years old with no published accounts. They executed landscaping (walls) in an extremely poor fashion and I have cancelled the contract. I offered them opportunities to rectify their work and they did not respond. I am intending to take them to court for reparations and damages.
Poor quality work, failed to rectify and so failed to deliver the workscope. This site failed to resolve the issue so took them to court. Judgement in my favour but still not paid up, about to send in the bailiffs. AVOID!
