I contacted Detection drain services on a recommendation to get a second opinion on a problem we had! Dale was super helpful and spent time going over another companies tricky report in order to quote for the work. We’d become aware of a redundant pipe which was causing smells under an extension and Dale recommended and fitted a patch liner. He was on time, efficient, tidy and explained everything that was being done, making sure we understood the risks involved. It all went well and the work carried out for a fair price! Dale was great at talking us through every step!

Dale was very responsive, very communicative in resolving a blocked drain at my disabled brothers house. The communication was very important to me as I was remote from the property. Dale was very helpful in investigating a sewer blockage and identifying the problem. He came up with helpful suggestions. He was even able to download a copy of the video for me.

We needed a drain cleaning contractor urgently and saw that DDS were a Which Trusted Trader, they were on site within 1 hour of calling them and professionally dealt with the problem. Clearing the blocked drain and the tree roots that had caused the trouble. Dale of DDS was friendly and courteous and additionally explained cause, remedy and how to prevent the problem reoccurring. He removed all the old roots and other debris and completely cleaned up afterwards. Highly recommended.

It's rare to find a drain services company that you can trust. They did a thorough, professional and quick job (unblocked our kitchen drain), explained the cause of the blockage and explained how we could prevent it from happening again. They also stuck to the quoted price! My past experiences had been to use the pressure jet immediately and whack on extra £100 for the privilege!
