He was very polite, friendly, knowledgeable and professional. After a thorough investigation he confirmed I required a new aerial. He researched the options for it's placement and confirmed the chimney was the best solution. He climbed onto our roof in very unpleasant conditions and fitted a new aerial. He then made sure we had the required signal. He was excellent and very good value for money. Recommended."
