I could not have wanted for better service. James arrived on time, was friendly and polite. He thoroughly checked out the problem, explaining exactly what was needed, after which gave me a quote which I accepted. He was able to do the job immediately as he, luckily for me, had a 8-way TV amplifier on the van. I now have 2 working TVs and the satellite dish is no more and it was even taken away so I did not have to dispose of it myself. A bonus.
