"I contacted the team at Direct Design and build back in the middle of 2025 for a quote on a single story extension I needed carrying out later on in the year, and the response / time to come out to offer my quotation was very prompt. All of the workers were extremely polite, attentive and carried out incredible work and made sure to clean up thoroughly during the whole process. "They were the only Co. who really seemed engaged, 1st day cleared away all overgrowth/old shed & fence. Put up new fence, discovered a crack in the wall that needed repairing. Terrible rain caused delay but kept in regular contact. 2nd day worked really hard digging out roots from boader/patio & repaired/built up new wall. 3rd day installed new gate with lock & finished fence. I am very pleased with the results & would highly recommend to anyone looking for this service. Everyone I dealt with was extremely polite & professional, clearly took pride in doing a great job.
