Great communication from the start with a clear price that was stuck to. Really friendly guy, covered his work boots when entering the house and made sure he was clear about what we wanted before he started work. Took time to show me when finished and explained how the cat flap worked with little demo of the locks. He’s an electrician but will do some extra jobs. We will definitely be asking him back to look at a light fitting and I will recommend him happily to others.
