All started well, trade arrived as agreed and cleared out the gutters and he told me he had reseated the joints I told him where leaking. One of the joints leaks worse than before and I messaged him via the app, but he didn’t come back to me. I will now have to find someone else to come and re do some of the work I paid trade to do.

Roy was lovely and very helpful. Gave me some great advice about general property maintenance as well and generally couldn't be more helpful and flexible. He was very professional. Highly recommended.

Roy was quick to respond both at my first enquiry and throughout the process of getting the job done. He was able to offer an appointment to suit me - less than a week from enquiry. Roy was a pleasure to meet in person and was polite and professional during his time at the house. He started work straight away and seemed confident and determined. His attention to safety was excellent and the work was completed without fuss. The finished job looks perfect and Roy cleaned up perfectly after working. We discussed further work that needs attention and I felt no pressure to decide. Overall - 5 *
