"I had a split outside pipe on returning from holiday. This meant I needed to shut off the mains supply leaving me without water. Duncan answered my call on a Sunday and I was happy with him coming to look at it first thing Monday morning. After that, he got parts and had the problem fixed in a couple of days -would have been quicker but for torrential rain!!"

He was very friendly and cleaned up after he’d finished. Now I don’t think our sink and bath have drained as quickly in the few years we’ve been here!"
