Half my electrics stopped working, my insurance company asked me to find an electrician as their emergency contractors were too busy and this was the first company I called. Mr Glenister, who was miles away talked me through the problem on the phone, but as this didn't work he advised me to see if I could find someone else, otherwise he would get to me the next day - which was a Sunday. None of the other companies answered, so in the morning, Sam came (called to say he was on his way) and it was sorted out in less than an hour, a new switch was fitted to the fuse-box, all the lights and sockets were checked. The charge was less than I expected - especially for a Sunday and the insurance company would have paid more under my emergency policy, so they will reimburse me. I could not have asked for more - excellent service, polite, very competent, explained the fault, checked the appliance that triggered the fault and charged a fair price for a good job. Dave came at quite short notice to move a light fitting, after a full day's work. Very efficient and friendly.
